Happy Fourth to you. Love the lily pads. Do you ever see the beavers?

That is one impressive beaver lodge. I just kayaked up to one today, but your beavers have a much more impressive structure.

Happy 4th to you, too. Hey, I guess procrastination is one of the traits we share!

Okay, so do you take the pictures with your digital and then use your USB cable to get them onto your computer? I've been seriously thinking I need to get more techno-minded and you seem to do it better than almost anyone else I know.

Beautiful and oh so relaxing-looking. I can almost hear the frogs at night.

Wow, that Rodrigo sure gets around with his spam.

Great lily pad photos and that is a big lodge. Water lilies have such perfect blooms.

Love looking at your flowers and seeing what grows well in your area since we're in the same zone. Check out my blog sometime - I would love to get visitors and feedback. http://ndgardengirl.blogspot.com/

Hi everybody - hope you all had a great 4th!

Kitt - haven't seen the beavers - but now that we're making more trips back there, hopefully we will.
Yeah, Rodrigo went bye-bye - and now I'll have to put the protector on my comments too - funny that we both got hit at about the same time...

Trailhead - I'm sure our beavers are required to keep up with the other building going on around the lake - you know, put up a McMansion where a small house would do just fine. (sigh)

Tristi - how nice you are - thank you!! Yes, I put the photos from digital camera on my computer using a USB (there's a card reader involved too). I have Windows on my PC, so put the photos in "My Pictures" and then manipulate them from there - compress, etc. I'm going to show this to Mark, and if there's more you need to know, I'll leave a note on your blog. I'm not super knowledgeable about all this - but I know some of the people who read my blog are, so you may get some help from them too.

Iowa Gardening Woman - I love the lily pad blooms - when there's a big patch of them blooming all at once it is awesome!

ndgardengirl - thanks for visiting my blog! I just looked at your blog - very nice - love the photos. I have that Raspberry Wine monarda too - it's such a gorgeous color. Please stop by again.
